Area: 1092 sq.m.
Client: PS Group
Architect: Espace
Location: Hindustan Park, Kolkata
Status: Completed
Year: 2016-2017
Our thought process for this luxury condo placed in the heart of South Kolkata grew from the grand entrance gate spanning the full front edge of the plot. Dual patterns based on the central theme of ‘waves crashing onto the shore’ formed the driveway as well as the feature cascade wall. The boundary wall design involved three layers of verticality to provide a backdrop of diffused lighting to the foreground that is the planter bed.
