The housing complex with 5 towers had an interesting central courtyard, and an abundant pond. The landscape design created an exciting arrival plaza connecting the courtyard, pond and the other areas in an interesting way. The courtyard houses a swimming pool, an open lawn and a small grove of 'Champa' trees. The pond has been carefully restored into a lily pond and a meandering walking track all around, which has successfully become a place of retreat for the residents.
