A private residential terrace with a strong age and privacy based concept of space allocation. The Main stairwell leads onto a central public ‘adda zone’ around which circulation leads to three separate pockets of space with their individual characteristics. South of the ‘adda zone’ leads to another public area consisting of a two-step open-air theatre with a planter bed backdrop and a wood finish raised stage. North leads to a more private setting of a pool with a Jacuzzi, a kid’s play area and a small skyplex, designed for ‘family time’. Finally west invites the comfort of a bar counter, pool table and smoking area signifying an ‘above 18’ zone.
