Mount Litera Zee School, Joka

Designing spaces for school children is a delicate exercise and our intervention for the Mount Litera Zee School took care of that particular aspect. As a trend learning in school has come out of the classrooms and landscape has to mold itself into not only as children friendly spaces but learning spaces too. Besides giving children large spaces to play and interact, zones with play and learn for different age groups, flower gardens, organic farms and plazas have been added to ensure that social interaction amongst the growing kids. Earth berms and hard paved play zones for toddlers and young kids shall serve as an added attraction. Keeping aesthetics in mind, differently colored screen walls and pergolas have also been incorporated into the landscape to further add on to the experience. Amongst the skating plaza and an organic farm garden have been inculcated into the design to create what we call, a holistic approach to the growth of a child.
