This middle-income group housing complex presented an alluring entrance avenue for us to work on. An avenue drives through a striking gateway, lined with majestic date palms culminating at a junction plaza, marks the arrival experience of the project. A cascading waterfall from the podium level gives an interesting backdrop to the junction. The unique activity requirements such as race-car tracks, star-gazing decks and skylights were incorporated onto the large podium connecting the two residential towers, which in turn was connected to the central roundabout via the cascading waterfall. The commercial block rooftop comprised a yoga deck and a skyplex separated by a full-size badminton court.
