Showflat Terrace Garden, Panache

Area: 510.9 sq.m.

Client: P.S. Group

Interior Architect: Abin Design Studios

Location: Sector 5, Salt Lake, Kolkata

Status: Complete

Year: 2017- present

The twin terraces of Panache needed two varied yet connected approaches in order to maintain homogeneity yet creating a contrast. It was observed that one terrace faced the lawns and thus would be defined by the swaying of the grass, whereas the second terrace which would be facing the lake was inspired by the wave-like patterns of rippling water. With this intent, twin terrace was developed into a chic place with a satisfying mix of steel and greens. A pergola and a pavilion intends to draw the maximum attention on site owing to their use of bamboo members as louvers which complements the concept perfectly.
