Sunrise Orchard at Baikanthapur is indeed the definition of prime living. The luxuries and comforts that come with living in a residential community have been enhanced multifold through the inclusion of landscape into the site. Our design intent was directed towards creating a space that encourages social gathering (get together), encourages healthy living among its inhabitants (get fit), allows users to seek respite in the beauty of water bodies in the form of pools and fountain plazas (get wet), enhances greens on the site through arrival mounds, boulevards to aid in air and wind movement (get green), gives it’s users the space to exercise spiritual serenity (get spiritual), creates the scope for collective mini farming through kitchen gardens, fruit orchards (get familiar) and finally, as these flurry of activities come to an end leaving one with the aim of relaxation, it finally provides them with comfortable leisure spaces, outdoor cafeterias, and cabanas (get rest). With all of these facilities being generated simply through effective landscape design, sunrise orchard becomes an experience in itself.
